Comics on PS3, how do you feel about that?

In a recent survey released by Sony, could Comics be making an appearance on the lovable PS3? It appears as that might happen as you see in the picture above taken from the survey. The questions about PSP owners using comics and also asked what if they were to make an appearance on PS3.

Check your emails if you have received a survey just as we did and fill it out. Who knows, maybe comics will see the light on PS3 for those huge comic readers out there.

Castle Crashers for PS3

Dan Paladin, Art Director behind castle crashers said this on the Blog:

We’ve been working on Castle Crashers for the PSN for about a year and a half. In that time I’ve had the fortune of meeting everyone at tradeshows and lots of people will ask me, “C’mon, what is taking so long?” I have to say that we’ve felt the same way — our whole team’s goal is to make you all happy so we want to share it right now!! We’re super antsy. But like all of our games, we can never rush anything as it’s necessary to make sure that every little piece is airtight. And fun!

Today,  The Behemoth has revealed the pricing for Castle Crashers PSN and what they’ll be doing for PAX. From their site:

“So let’s talk Castle Crashers. For people on a continent whose last name is “America,” the price will be as close as we can get it to $15. Maybe $14.99. Maybe $15.01. Somewhere right around there. The long and the short of it- Castle Crashers is coming to planet earth like a speeding train ready to fly off the tracks and crash into a village. That village is your PS3.

Meanwhile, we are also getting ready to attend the Penny-Arcade Expo on September 3-5th, in Seattle: Booth #3102. Sony has just posted on their Twitter that people will not be to sync nor compare trophies, today from 3PM PST to 4PM PST. From their post:

“PSN maintenance advisory: Today, from 3pm to 4pm Pacific Time, users will be temporarily unable to sync or compare Trophies, or view user profile Trophy data. Apologies for any inconvenience.”

So if your wondering why you can do anything with trophies now you know. Other parts of the PSN won’t be affected so game on!

EA has just revealed the release date for their hot anticipated downloadable game, Shank. From the press release:

“Shank tells a classic story of gangland betrayal through a mature, pulp-fiction lens. Gamers will play as Shank, getting their hands bloody as they uncover the secrets behind Shank’s past and the reasons he is hell-bent on revenge. With a deep and intuitive combat system, players unleash a tremendous number of creative combinations as they take down the waves of enemies standing in their path. Although it has been awhile since we last heard from the Behemoth regarding the PSN version of Castle Crashers, that small drought of news ends today, as the developers are a step closer to submit their final product. From the Behemoth Blog they given us an update and have stated:

“Just a quick note to update you on Castle Crashers for PSN’s progress. After months and months of rigorous testing, we’re beginning the FINAL submission process! We still can’t estimate a release date, as this submission process is highly variable and involves yet more verification by Sony.  We will, of course, let you know when we have an idea of the date so you can put it on your calendars.

We are very pleased with the way Castle Crashers for PS3 has turned out and we look forward to playing with you soon!”

Were very excited to see how Castle Crashers turned out for PS3 and hopefully a final announcement comes a bit sooner than we think. We’ll keep you updated on the status of Castle Crashers and be sure to check out the Behemoth’s Blog.
