Activision has secretly begun their conference. Take a look, take a peek, at what Activision has in store for you:
- DJ Hero 2 was demoed. They also showed off the singing portion as well as gameplay.
- A lot of stars appear to be at the conference, one of them being Usher.
- A new Skateboarding game entitled “Shred” which some say looks like old school Tony Hawk & features Snowboarding. We’ll get some sources whether it’s the title of this game. *Confirmed*
- Guitar Hero Megadeth appears to have been shown off, we’ll get some sources on whether this is true or not.
- New True Crime trailer was shown at the conference. The game is officially entitled True Crime: Hong Kong and it will be out sometime this year.
- Call of Duty: Black Ops trailer was shown. Eminem’s exclusive song for Black-Ops was played.
Thats all she wrote, a lot of bands/musicians were at the show rather than games. Today is just the beginning, stick with us for more summaries on the press conferences as they happen.
Blur is a game that advertises itself as a realistic game with unrealistic properties or more specifically power-ups. Between this and the many racing games that have come out in the month of may is this worth your purchase? Bizarre Creations sure packed a lot into this game which can potentially have a lot of bang for your buck but do all of the features in this game perform well? Or will this game just be a Blur in your memory.

As you would expect, Call of Duty is going Vietnam as today an official press release announces “Call of Duty: Black Ops”. In the press release it stated that Treyarch is excited for all to experience. From the Press Release:
“We can’t wait for our community to experience Call of Duty: Black Ops,” said Mark Lamia, Studio Head for Treyarch. “We have focused our entire studio on this game, with dedicated multiplayer, single-player and co-op teams creating the most intense, gripping and riveting experience possible for our fans on all fronts.”
So with that being said, will you get another Call of Duty title? In my opinion, it better have some zombies in it.
In case you’ve been out of the loop, back in March some rumblings in the industry have broken apart two former leads from Infinity Ward, Vince Zampella and Jason West. Activision labeled the two as “insubordinate” when, according to the company, they were scheming to ‘hijack Activision’s assets for their own personal gain.’
In the latest issue of Game Informer, CEO of Activision, Robert Kotick, had this to say: “Our Spiderman games have sucked for the last five years. They are bad games.”

The Classic title returns to PlayStation 3 for the first time
You may be wondering to yourself why it would be a good idea to go back to playing the original Call of Duty Classic? I’m just going to start by saying because it deserves some respect for being the game that started such a great franchise. After playing the game myself for the first time, I really cherish being able to experience Call of Duty from the beginning.

We’ve got a gut feeling on this one, and were possibly right or possibly wrong but we have feeling that Call of Duty: Classic will drop on PSN this Thursday. Why you ask?, Kotaku is reporting that Call of Duty: Classic will hit the 360 this Wednesday meaning there’s a possibility that it should come after the 360 version hits since the PlayStation Store updates every Thursday. Remember, those codes that you got in your special edition copies of Modern Warfare 2 are working as of now for those select few until the game launches which should be hopefully soon.
Update: Well it seems that our hunches were right! Call of Duty: Classic will be released on PSN this Thursday on this week’s PlayStation Update at a price of $14.99.
