According to Playstation University IBM has canceled making the Cell Processors behind the powerful Playstation 3. keep in Mind this is not Cell Processor manufacturing just development of newer Cell processors (like when the more energy efficient ones come out or the become cheaper to make.) The Website Reports this will not effect the development of a processor for the Playstation 4 as Sony can re-establish ties with IBM to make a new processor for the Playstation 4.
